Green studies day1 (20/8/2025)

Today at green school, was my first green studies class.

What is ‘green studies’? – green studies is a class that we learn about the nature/ plants/ and flowers. this class includes about for example learning the edible plants, and poisonous plants 🙂

So green studies was our last class for today, and I had had the best ever class. first we did some introduction, including the new teachers, and explaining the rules of the classroom. Me and my friends were a team. every team has a different task, and at last we were going to have a presentation from each team.

At 2 o’clock we all set of on our tasks. Our tasks were: -finding 5 trashes that shouldn’t be in a certain place -finding a plant that smells spicy -finding something that is different ( basically you have to find two completely different things ) -find 5 edible plants ( but actually we found six ) -find 2 twigs that shape and alphabet.

now phones and iPads weren’t allowed at school so I couldn’t take pictures for you guys to see 🙁 sorry for that

Now, lets skip to the most interesting part, the edible plants! 1.so, first one is called the butterfly p, you could make tea from it or eat it. but ur not supposed to eat the stem, its not poisonous but it just doesn’t taste good 🙂 2. pineapple, berry, chili and papaya, u know u could eat them, no need to explain 3. Daun Katuk Putih – it is a leaf from a plant that has no flowers but the leaf has a little white part in the middle. ( There’s a lot of this plant in green school ) and its 100% edible u can eat the whole leaf 🙂 your welcome!
