first time trying hard on a portrait!

this is a drawing I drew a couple days ago, a pic of a person I found on printerest ehehe!!! I did a lot of rendering on this one, I tried my absolute best on drawing a face, yea ikr. I tried the hair highlights, does it look good? I think it kinda looks good when u look from far right? the eyes are just a bit wierd tho, Idk why? I think I kinda got the face shape correct? if someone is willing to fix my art be free to pls! 😀 hehe >:P the hair I drew looks like she hasnt been washing her hair for days lol
