How brains work while training (especially mine)

Prepool ( trainings on mat ) — I just got here why am I already tired

Warm up — u know what lets focus

First main set — okay stay long stay strong be the fish

Descend 1~4 — descend into madness maybe

Pull set — time to pretend I’m fast; yesyes I’m movin’ through the water 🎵

Coach says — “Very disappointed, we’re gonna do this 2 more times.

Whole pool emotional damaged ; turns into a zoo

The weird taste in the mouth — my mouth tastes sooo bitter ( or is it only me? ) :0

Kickset — goodbye legs ; bye bye dislocated arms

Mid-practice hunger — I wanna eat bagguette…

Last set — just try to survive. survive and snack.

Cooldown — I AM A SEA OTTER> DO NOT DISTURB
