OMG guys.
I got 2 lovebirds td. Now that’s crazy.
They are preening each other beside me rn, and I’m thinking of writing lovebird diary too cuz well Im already writing shiitake diary if you guys don’t know 😀
But I haven’t named them yet so I will have to name them first, but one of my lil birds looks like mango colored like exactly looks like mango, and looks like a male. and the other one, looks like a female, and has gray and white feathers near its head and blue on its wings and tail!
I think its kinda starting to trust me now cuz their both falling asleep near me! ( ofc cuz I played piano for them for 2 hrs and sat beside them for 1hr! 😛 )
My lovebirds have 2 white rings around their eye, and its not a peach-faced lovebird if you guys are wondering, hehe
( edit: just searched it up, it’s called a ‘Fischer’s lovebird’ hehe I’m so smart
and if you guys don’t know, lovebirds are a type of parrot! They are btw part of the smallest sized in the parrot familly and are super smart hehe
I bought them today morning at 11pm – 12:30pm , and including the 2 birds I bought, there were 6 lovebirds in the selling cage, and when we took them away, one of the yellow one was in a ridiculous position and all the others birds just watching their 2 friends being taken away…
Becuz of shiitake being so lonely, I bought 2 lovebirds so that they wont be lonely like shiitake and I mean lovebirds are called lovebirds for a reason. cuz if they find a partner before their 10 months old, they will preen their partner, and feed them and sleep with them, and I saw my 2 lovebirds being super good partners so I bought them 😀
I mean there was also another nice duo that were both grayish yellow, but I wanted different colors ;P actually they were quite cute too ^_^
these 2 lovingbirds of mine are always together lol, it looks like they have super glue… the blue one is sleeping! shes so cute! also the mango one! x3
remember the last blog, one of our workers bought a bird, well we went to the exact same place as him, hoping that the cost will also be about 100K or 200K well guess what. ours costed 750K. Now I mean, that’s just crazy so I persuade the guy to make it a bit less expensive to 500K, he sed no, but he did make the cost 700K at last :l which is not a lot but well its still cheaper. the guy sed that 750K was supposed to be without the food, only including the cage and 2 parrots, but he bought a lot of food ( I didn’t really understand what he sed cuz he was bali local person ) so ye he gave us the food for free 😀
i mean now, I don’t really regret the price cuz theyre just TOO CUTE! I don’t want shiitake-chan to feel bad tho 🙁 I can feel that shiitake thinks that these lil guys are a bit too noisy cuz they ngl kinda are :l
theyre personalities are also so cute and ADORABLE! >:l I wish I was that cute
next time I catch a bird outside or something I’ll put em in here >:D cuz I actually caught a small lil bird that flew into our house and tried to get our from the glass. I mean it was still super juvenile, and it must’ve lost its flock so I put it back into the nature. ( ngl if I had a cage I would’ve put that bro in here 😛 ) but at last my mom still persuaded me to put it back so I did ;D

anyways we just moved today I mean moved all our stuff with the birds including dad, and we’re( me and mom ) gonna move out tmr 😀 were moving to a nice guesthouse! 😛

( edit: Good news. Bird doesn’t run when I put out one finger ikr that’s like something super small but that’s big for me lol we r already building trust on the first day! If you guys don’t know, when I first put my finger in the cage, they flew to the other side, but now… 😏)
